Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the OrderZero website and product. OrderZero is a product by Digized.io and is operated by Digized InfoTech GmbH, Innovationsplatz 1, 4224 Wartberg ob der Aist, Austria.

OrderZero is in its introduction phase. Features, availability and conditions may change at any time. We reserve the right to develop, restrict or temporarily suspend the service without this giving rise to any claims.

By submitting a contact or application form, you agree to be contacted by us. Submitting an enquiry does not establish a contractual relationship and does not represent a commitment to provide services.

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events may result in temporary outages.

An OrderZero subdomain is included in the monthly service package (e.g. yourbusiness.orderzero.io). Use of a custom customer domain is available on request and may be charged separately. Domain registration, renewal and provider costs are borne by the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Where Digized InfoTech GmbH registers or manages a domain on the customer's behalf, this is a separately agreed add-on service; ownership and transferability must be clarified in writing in advance.

Hosting of the OrderZero software is included in the monthly service fee — no separate hosting fee is charged. External costs for third-party providers, POS systems, SMS services, WhatsApp integrations or other services are not included in the service package unless explicitly agreed.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names and software — is the property of Digized InfoTech GmbH or its licensors and is protected by Austrian copyright law. Use without express written permission is not permitted.

You may not use this website or the service to:

• pursue unlawful purposes,
• impair or overload the technical infrastructure,
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data,
• distribute misleading or harmful content.

Digized InfoTech GmbH is liable for damages only in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct and for breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to personal injury.

Digized InfoTech GmbH reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
